a totally underwhelming experience. No hot water 90% of the time. not even a staff member cared. And I truly expected—let's say hoped—for a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences. deveinately not impressed! the only redeeming part was the location, but that hardly makes up for such dreadful service. beware of this hotel!

Welcoming staff, cozy atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor area with many tables to sit, the minimarket and bus station just one minute away made our stay exceptionally convenient.

Bathroom lacks proper ventilation, and the kitchenette isn't adequately equipped. A larger bin for rubbish would be appreciated!!! the living room doesn't have air conditioning!!!

Lastly, if you're relying on public transport to the city, be prepared for long waits, as the bus only runs every two hours, making excursions a bit of a hassle. A little effort on their part could lift this experience significantly.
